- Develop and implement the organization’s Connected Support Business Plan
- Develop and implement execution plans for JDLink™ support, Expert Alert completion, and Proactive Machine Monitoring in alignment with aftermarket business goals
- Develop and execute Connected Support marketing plan and monitors to ensure achievement of established goals
- Develop and implement Connected Support employee compensation plans
- Manage recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position
- Maintain a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- ? Maintain knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- 1+ years experience managing Service or Parts Department operations
- 3+ years experience working in Service and Parts Department operations
- Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Experience writing and speaking effectively to individuals and groups
- Experience analyzing and interpreting internal reports
- Demonstrated understanding of financial principles relative to Parts and Service Department operations
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
